The Finished Card! |
So how do you make a card as lovely as this one I hear you ask? Well I'll take you through it!
On the front of the 6 x 6 card is a grid pattern, which has been made by using a houghie board at half an inch increments. The center image has been stamped using Versmark, and WOW silver sparkle embossing powder. All flowers and leaves have been stamped on different coloured vellums with a Versmark and white embossing powder. And the flowers have been arranged as shown in the image above. It is strongly recommended to use Pinflair for the vellum as using other glue mediums will show through and the result won't be as clear and smooth. The inserts are stamped on, meaning that you can use any message you would like inside the card. It's all about personal preference!
All of the products mentioned above are things that you might already have lying around at home witing to be put to good use! The best thing about this card is that you can arrange the flowers in anyway that you like and you can use any coloured vellum that you like!
Also any materials that you don't have are available in store or you can order them from the website so go on, have a go and get sticky!
Don't hestitate to share any of the cards that you have made on our Facebook page as we would love to see what you've done!
